Please take notice that a Petition for the Adoption of K.L.O. has been filed in the Probate Court of Covington County by Kevin A. Anderson and Cynthia M. Anderson, Petitioners, and that the 8th day of June 2023, at 10:00 a.m., has been set for hearing on the same in said Court. Publication is made here as notice to the natural mother. If the natural mother intends to contest this adoption, she must file a written response to said petition with the clerk of this court within thirty (30) days of the date of the last publication herein or thereafter a final decree of adoption will be awarded to the Petitioners.
