NOTICE OF SALE
Pursuant to an order of the Circuit Court of Covington County, Alabama, in the cause referenced above, I , Amy W Jones, Clerk of the said Court have been ordered to sell each of the following described lands during the legal hours of sale (11:00 AM or shortly thereafter) on the 10th day of February, 2023 at the front entrance to the Covington County Courthouse in the City of Andalusia, Covington County, Alabama, at public sale for cash to the highest bidder to wit: The Northwest Quarter and all that portion of the North half of SW 1/4 North of Conecuh River and Gantt Mill Creek, all in Section 35, Township 5, Range 15, Containing 175 acres, more or less, less the right of way deed to River Falls Lumber Company on November 7th 1921, as shown by deed Book 59, page 71. ALSO LESS the following parcels in the SW1/4 of NW1/4: (1) Point of Beginning is a CSA iron located at the Southwest corner of the Southwest quarter of Northwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 5 North, Range 15 East, St. Stephens Meridian.
